Dear FF—
This is one of the hardest positions to be in, but the bright side is you are so fortunate to have a great friend. If you are obsessed with the idea of moving to the next level, then you should talk to your BF. If you really are best friends then talking should be no problem. If your BF doesn’t feel the same way, it’s probably wise to give yourself some space. So many singles end up wasting time and passing up other options because they are stuck in this kind of trap, so whatever you do…give yourself a deadline. Life’s to short to love someone who doesn’t love you back.
